We are not supposed to conform to the patterns of this world
PUT YOUR FAITH IN JESUS, NOT THIS WORLD
Shalom! to all my beloved blog followers, I hope you are in good health despite the Covid 19 scare that has spread across this world. And I hope you are going to have a wonderfull blessed week this week that is ahead of us. I hope if you haven't done it already, that you will turn to Jesus/Yeshua and invite him to your heart to be your Lord and Savior. He has a special plan for each and one of you, and you are not reading this as an "accident". No matter what you have gone throught, Jesus/Yeshua can help you and heal you. Don't give up on life! the ones who has offended you, Jesus will hold accountable. You are precious, and don't let anyone ever think you don't deserve to be happy or that your life is not worth living. You are here for a reason, and Jesus wants to guide you to his purpose, why he sent you. There always will be circumstances that are not rosy and jolly, and people that say bad stuff to you. But Jesus can help you throught it all. I just felt that someone reading this has thoughts about suicide. Not sure who you are, but don't give up! Jesus loves you! just let him come to your heart and save you and heal you and bring you in to his plan! To all of you who like me already are born again Christians. I felt God wanted me to share this one message with you. And it is to remind you to NOT CONFORM to the patterns of this world.
It is always a temptation, specially to people young in faith, to mix this world with their Christian faith. To go to Yoga sessions one day, and next day go to church and sing Jesus you are my everything. To have sex out of wedlock with your boyfriend/girlfriend and still sing to Jesus I surrender all. To watch porn with your non christian friends one night, and then return home and watch a christian movie with your christian friends. To drink yourself drunk at friday, then get filled with holy spirit with the church on sunday. To keep your christian faith private, like it was something to be ashamed off, but gladly speak about how stupid President Trump is or whatever opinion is popular right there among your classmates, and refuse to do or say anything that could make you less popular in school. To think abortion is wrong, but never say anything against it amongs others when they speak about womens rights and how nutty the pro lifers are. And never show any support to the few bold women or men who because of christian faith don't go with the flow and get persecuted and hated by the leftist mass. Because you don't want to offend anyone or get in trouble and be labeled as "extremist".
Guess what, if you really want to be a follower of Christ, you will be offensive! people will call you names, you might loose friends, family members, your job and your earthly life. But you will never loose Jesus, and you will never loose your soul! and you will with the boldness you get from the Holy spirit because of closeness to Jesus, get the strenght to stand up and fight. But you need to be willing. Willing to take care of your relationship with Jesus/Yeshua by speaking to him, seeking his face on daily basis not just on sundays. You need to mean what you sing and say with others not just say and sing stuff you will never put to action. Yes Jesus does love you no matter what you do, but he wan'ts and demands to be your Lord also, if you want him as a Savior. Your whole heart. Full submission. You don't need to fear anything or anyone. Jesus wants a clean body that act what they speak and sing.
It is written in Romans 12:2: Do not conform to the patterns of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God's will is- his good pleasing and perfect will.
And this is important to remember too
Matthew 5: 13-16 : You are the salt of the earth. But if the salt looses its saltiness, how can it be made salty again ? it is no longer good for anything, except to be thrown out and trampled underfoot.
You are the light of the world. A town build on a hill cannot be hidden. Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a bowl. Instead they put it on its stand, and gives light to everyone in the house. In the same way, let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your father in heaven.
